Objectives:

3. Examine the role of human rights welfare societies in advocating for and promoting gender equality.
4. Identify successful vocational training programs and initiatives led by human rights welfare societies that have empowered women and addressed gender disparities.
5. Develop strategies to enhance the coordination and collaboration between vocational training centers and human rights welfare societies to maximize their impact on gender equality.

Methods:
1. Literature review: Conduct an extensive review of existing literature on gender inequality, vocational training centers, and the role of human rights welfare societies in promoting gender equality.
2. Data collection: Gather quantitative data on gender disparities in education and employment in Pakistan through surveys and existing reports.
3. Case studies: Select vocational training centers and human rights welfare societies in different regions of Pakistan and conduct case studies to explore their impact on women’s empowerment and gender equality.
4. Interviews and focus groups: Conduct interviews and focus group discussions with women who have attended vocational training programs and individuals involved in human rights welfare societies to understand their experiences, challenges, and success stories.
