1. Introduction:
The purpose of this project proposal is to seek support for the establishment of a vocational training center specifically for the visually impaired individuals. The center will aim to empower this marginalized group by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to secure employment and improve their quality of life.

1- To provide specialized vocational training programs tailored to the needs of visually impaired individuals.
2- To enhance the employability and independence of visually impaired individuals.

4- To promote equal opportunities for visually impaired individuals in the job market.
3. Target Population:
The target population for this project includes visually impaired individuals, particularly those who are at a disadvantage in accessing education and employment opportunities. Priority will be given to individuals from low-income backgrounds.
4. Proposed Activities:
1- Develop and implement vocational training programs in various fields such as computer skills, audio transcription, massage therapy, tactile graphics design, customer service, and culinary arts.
2- Design specialized teaching materials and tools adapted to the needs of visually impaired learners.
3- Recruit qualified trainers and instructors who have experience working with the visually impaired.
4- Provide assistive devices and technologies to facilitate effective learning and skill development.
5- Organize workshops and seminars to promote awareness and understanding of visual impairments among employers and the general public.
5. Budget:
The estimated budget for establishing and operating the vocational training center is as follows:
A) Infrastructure and Equipment:
1- Renovation and modification of the training center facilities: $50,000
2- Purchase of adaptive equipment and assistive devices: $30,000
B) Staffing and Training:
1- Salaries and benefits for trainers and support staff: $80,000 per year
2- Professional development and training for staff: $10,000 per year
C) Curriculum Development:
1- Creation and adaptation of vocational training materials: $20,000

D) Outreach and Awareness:
