Objective:
To enhance urban climate resilience through green infrastructure development and community engagement, reducing the impacts of climate change on vulnerable urban populations.
Specific Objectives:
1. Establish 10 urban green spaces (parks, gardens, green roofs).
2. Implement 5 urban flood protection measures (green walls, rain gardens).
3. Conduct community-based climate vulnerability assessments.
4. Provide climate resilience training to 1,000 community members.
5. Reduce urban heat island effect by 20%.
6. Enhance community resilience to climate-related disasters.
Methodology:
1. Conduct community-based climate vulnerability assessments.
2. Identify and design green infrastructure projects.
3. Establish community-led green infrastructure management committees.
