Objective: To equip farmers with essential business skills, including marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship, to improve their agricultural productivity and income.
Target Group: Smallholder farmers
Location: District laya
Duration: 12 months
Activities:
1. Training and Capacity Building: Conduct workshops and training sessions on agribusiness management, covering topics like market analysis, financial management, and business planning.
2. Mentorship Program: Pair farmers with experienced agribusiness mentors for guidance and support.
3. Business Plan Development: Assist farmers in developing comprehensive business plans for their agricultural enterprises.
4. Market Access: Facilitate market access for farmers to sell their products at competitive prices.
5. Financial Literacy: Provide training on financial management and access to credit facilities.
Expected Outcomes:
1. Improved Business Skills: Farmers will acquire essential business skills to manage their agricultural enterprises effectively.
2. Increased Income: Farmers will increase their income through improved marketing, financial management, and entrepreneurship.
3. Enhanced Productivity: Farmers will enhance their agricultural productivity through better business planning and management.
