Project Location: Climate-vulnerable districts of Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces, Pakistan
Project Duration: 24 months
Project Budget: $800,000
Objective:
To enhance community resilience to climate-related disasters through disaster risk reduction and management, promoting sustainable livelihoods and reducing vulnerability.
Specific Objectives:
1. Conduct community-based disaster risk assessments.
2. Establish 20 community-based disaster management committees.
3. Provide disaster risk reduction training to 1,000 community members.
4. Develop early warning systems for floods and droughts.
5. Enhance community resilience to climate-related disasters.
Methodology:
