I. Introduction:

Activity 3: Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop
– Conduct a ToT workshop with selected facilitators and trainers: $2,000

Activity 4: Community Training Sessions
– Organize training sessions for community members, leaders, and stakeholders: $3,000

Activity 5: Materials Development
– Develop training materials, handouts, and visual aids: $1,500

Activity 6: Awareness Campaigns
– Organize community-wide awareness campaigns, including rallies, public meetings, and street theater performances: $3,500

Activity 7: Evaluation and Monitoring
– Conduct post-training evaluations and monitor the impact of the training programs: $1,000

Activity 8: Documentation and Reporting
– Prepare project reports, case studies, and success stories to capture the project’s impact: $500

V. Sustainability Plan:
To ensure the sustainability of the project, a sustainability plan will be implemented, including:

1. Formation of Community Task Forces: Establish community task forces composed of trained individuals committed to continuing the awareness and mobilization work in the community.

2. Collaboration with Local NGOs and Institutions: Partner with local non-governmental organizations and institutions to continue providing support, resources, and follow-up training in the community.

3. Advocacy and Policy Engagement: Engage with policymakers and advocate for policy changes to address violence against women effectively.

4. Train-the-Trainer Programs: Develop a pool of local trainers who can replicate the training programs in other communities.
