3. Offer hands-on experience through digital projects and internships
4. Conduct digital confidence-building workshops

Methodology:

1. Digital Skills Training: Conduct workshops and online courses on advanced digital skills, such as coding, web development, and digital marketing
2. Mentorship Program: Pair young women with female tech professionals for guidance and support
3. Hands-on Experience: Provide digital projects and internships for young women to apply their skills
