II. Background and Rationale:
Women play a crucial role in agriculture, yet they often face systematic barriers that limit their participation in decision-making processes and ownership of agricultural assets. This project aims to promote gender equality by empowering women to take on leadership roles and have equal representation in the agricultural sector.
III. Objectives:
1. Increase women’s participation in agricultural decision-making processes.
2. Enhance women’s leadership skills and confidence in the agricultural sector.
3. Promote women’s ownership of agricultural assets for sustainable economic empowerment.
IV. Activities:
1. Conduct capacity building workshops on leadership skills, financial literacy, and business management for women in agriculture.
2. Facilitate mentoring and networking opportunities for women to engage in agricultural decision-making processes.
3. Provide technical training on agri-tech solutions and sustainable farming practices.
4. Establish support groups and community forums to discuss gender equality issues in agriculture.
5. Develop advocacy campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of women’s leadership in agriculture.

1. Increased participation of women in agricultural decision-making forums.
2. Improved leadership skills and confidence among women in the agricultural sector.

VII. Sustainability:
