ORGANIZATIONS OUTREACH AND CAPACITY
Most of HRWSs work is of networking, capacity building and advocacy in nature which is spread over national, regional and global scale. However, HRWS believes in solid action and implements projects in the field. Hence, for last 3 years, HRWS has been focusing on four districts in District Khushab Sargodha Jhung, Choint Maini wali Bhakar , Lyia . HRWSs head office is based in Khushab and field offices at Sargodha Jhung and Khushab . HRWS has however expanded its outreach in draught and climate affected areas all over Punjab.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- To work with the groups of people on their problems through program planning, leadership, training and networking with partners and allies for Capacity building & providing support through organizational development assistance.
- To conduct research activities on different issues and share the findings with the partners and the networks in order to highlight the key areas.
- To develop an enabling environment through civic education, lobbying, advocacy and capacity building, Justice to exercise human rights and democracy. 4-To mobilize the community socially and actively in participatory manner through local support structure development and citizen empowerment.

STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES
HRWSs strategy is to motivate and involve stakeholders including experts, volunteers, media, students government agencies and other stakeholders in achieving its goals. HRWS has been using advocacy, public awareness, research, participatory learning, networking, public interest legal actions as its tools.
