Objective:
To improve the health and well-being of rural communities through enhanced nutrition, focusing on vulnerable groups such as women, children, and the elderly.
Specific Objectives:
1. Improve access to nutritious food for 1,000 rural households.
2. Enhance nutrition knowledge and practices among 500 rural women.
3. Reduce malnutrition rates among children under 5 by 20%.
4. Increase consumption of locally produced, nutrient-rich foods by 30%.
5. Establish 10 community-based nutrition programs.
Target Area: Rural areas of Sargodha region
Target Beneficiaries: 1,000 rural households (approx. 5,000 individuals)
