Project Overview

This 24-month research project investigates the effects of climate change on women’s access to nutritious food, focusing on food insecurity, nutrition, and climate-resilient agriculture.

Objectives

1. Analyze climate change’s impact on women’s food security and nutrition.
2. Identify climate-related stressors affecting women’s access to nutritious food.
3. Examine the relationship between climate change and women’s dietary diversity.
4. Develop evidence-based recommendations for climate-resilient agriculture and nutrition interventions.

Methodology

1. Literature review and meta-analysis.
2. Surveys, interviews, and focus groups with women in climate-vulnerable regions.
3. Case studies in areas experiencing climate-related food insecurity.
4. Statistical analysis using regression models.
